Refund Policy

Who actually issues your refund
This website does not sell anything and does not process payments. Every order is placed with, charged by and fulfilled by the official Pulsetto merchant. That means the merchant — not this site — holds your money, administers the guarantee and issues any refund. We have no access to your order and cannot refund you ourselves, however much we would like to shortcut it for you.
The guarantee, as published by the merchant
At the time of writing the merchant offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 2-year hardware warranty. The 30-day window is designed to be long enough to actually test the device against your own sleep and stress patterns rather than to form a first impression — which matters in this category, where effects are subjective and build over repeated sessions.
These terms are set by the merchant and can change without notice. The merchant's checkout page is the authoritative source. Confirm the current guarantee there before you order rather than relying on any third-party page, including this one.
How to request a refund
- Find your order confirmation email. It contains your order number and the merchant's support address.
- Contact the merchant's support directly, within the guarantee window, quoting your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Follow the return instructions they send back. Do not ship anything before you have them — unannounced returns are the most common reason a refund stalls.
- Keep your tracking number until the refund appears on your statement.
Timing
Refunds are generally processed after the merchant receives and inspects the return. Once approved, the credit is issued to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer then adds its own processing time before it shows on your statement. Delays at the bank stage are common and are outside the merchant's control.
Practical points that affect refunds
- Watch the window. The clock is set by the merchant's terms — check whether it starts at purchase or at delivery, since that changes your deadline.
- Keep the packaging. Returns are simpler when the device, cable, gel and accessories go back together.
- Return shipping and restocking. Whether these are charged is the merchant's decision. Ask before shipping so nothing is a surprise.
- Multi-unit bundles. Discounted bundles may have their own return conditions. Confirm them at checkout.
- Warranty is separate. A hardware fault after the 30 days is a warranty claim, not a refund. Different process, different team.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback before contacting the merchant usually slows things down rather than speeding them up, because it freezes the merchant's ability to process the refund normally. Go through support first, and keep your correspondence.
Our role
We are an independent affiliate site and earn a commission on purchases made through our links — see our Affiliate Disclosure. That commission is typically reversed when an order is refunded, so we have no incentive to talk you out of using the guarantee. If you cannot locate the merchant's contact details, write to contact@pulsettotech.com and we will point you to the right address.
