Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This policy explains what data this website collects, why, who processes it, and what rights you have under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.
1. Who we are
pulsettotech.com is an independent affiliate and information website. We do not sell products, do not process payments and do not operate customer accounts. Contact: contact@pulsettotech.com.
2. What we do not collect
We do not require registration. We do not run checkout on this domain. We never see, store or transmit your name, postal address, card number or payment credentials — those are handled entirely by the merchant on its own domain, under its own privacy policy.
3. What is collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, referring source, clicks, scroll depth.
- Technical data — browser type, operating system, device category, screen size, language.
- Approximate location — country or region level, derived from IP address. Not street-level.
This is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
4. Third-party services we use
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised behaviour analytics, including heatmaps and session replay of on-page interaction. Governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Pinterest Tag — campaign measurement for traffic arriving from Pinterest.
- Affiliate tracking — the merchant's network sets an identifier so a purchase can be attributed to a referral.
These providers are independent controllers of the data they collect through their own tags, and their own policies apply.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are used for analytics and affiliate attribution. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site remains readable without them, though affiliate attribution and analytics will not function. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
6. Server logs
Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security, abuse prevention and traffic filtering. These are technical records, are not used to build advertising profiles, are not publicly accessible and are not sold or shared with third parties.
7. Legal basis (GDPR)
Analytics and affiliate measurement rely on legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, or on your consent where required by local law. Correspondence you send us is processed to answer it.
8. Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's configured retention period. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data, object to processing, or request restriction. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and request deletion, and you may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell personal information. Exercising these rights will never result in discriminatory treatment.
To exercise any right, write to contact@pulsettotech.com. We respond within the statutory timeframe.
10. International transfers
Our third-party providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their own policies.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Purchases on the merchant's site
When you follow a purchase link you leave this website. Everything from that point — the data you enter, how it is stored, how it is used — is governed by the merchant's privacy policy. Read it before ordering.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
